EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
Frontier
Bonding Service is pleased to announce an expansion of our ERISA
coverage. We have now added Inflation Guard coverage to our ERISA bond
form as a standard part of the coverage.
Inflation
Guard automatically increases the policy limits during the term to
comply with ERISA. This alleviates the need to review and make changes
to your customers policy each year.
Beginning
today all new bonds issued by us will include this coverage.
We have
also processed endorsements to all our existing policies to add the
coverage. Endorsements have been mailed directly to your customers and
copies of all the endorsements have been sent to your office and should
arrive in the next few days.
This
coverage is being added with no additional premium charges and with no
changes to our rates.
